Cancellation Policy
Your timeslot is only provisional until a member of our team gets in touch to confirm your appointment. The online booking is by no means final, and the time and possibly even the day of your appointment may change if our surveyors are otherwise occupied. The purpose of the online booking is to provide an initial preferred date and time which we will always try to work towards however sometimes due to other appointments, this may not always be possible.
